We will only deliver to addresses within UK. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery time. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland. How much does delivery cost? *FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £60Unfortunately, we cannot offer free delivery to all UK postcodes as per front page. A list of postcodes that do not qualify for free delivery are listed below. The appropriate charge will then be added automatically. You may clear the basket at this stage or continue to process payment. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the weight of the products ordered and the delivery service options available. How do I get something delivered?Once you have found what you are looking for, just add it to the Basket and go through the checkout process. When will it be delivered? Standard delivery is normally 3-5 working days and 1 working day for First Class (Orders must be placed before 2pm for First Class deliveries to be despatched the same day). When ordering multiple items, some items may be despatched separately. You will be informed if the delivery time is delayed. If your order has not been received within that time, you may phone to check delivery details and that your order was processed correctly. All goods are subject to availability. Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. How will it be delivered? Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries. Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 5pm, however during busy periods our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will attempt again the next day or will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot. Buyer Collects: Collections can only be made Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm. An appointment MUST be made two working days in advance of the collection. Failure to do so may result in a shortage in your order. Returns PolicyCancellations: Under the Consumer Protections (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within a 7-day "cooling-off" period, which begins the day after delivery was made. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel under these regulations, you must inform Green East Ltd of your intention to cancel the order by e-mail, telephone or by post within the 7-day period. Once you have informed Green East Ltd of your right to cancel, you must continue to take good care of the goods and retain possession of them until they are returned by yourself. Cancellation of orders only applies to goods that are still sealed in their original packaging and have not been used. You will be required to return the goods at your own cost, via an insured carrier and within 30 days. If the goods are returned within 30 days, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund, less any delivery charges made. If you are unable to arrange the return yourself, we will be pleased to do so, but a charge will be made for this, which we would deduct from any refund due. Damaged or Faulty Goods: If for any reason your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please retain the original packaging, and inform Green East Ltd by phone or email of the damages, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will endeavour to replace damaged goods at no cost to you, the customer. You may be asked to retain the damaged goods, or photographic evidence may be required, for us to process claims through the appropriate postal service.
