To use:  Shampoo with Nature's Herbs Shampoo first then rinse and apply a small amount of Nature's Herbs conditioner to the crown and work through to the ends of the hair with a comb.  Leave for two minutes, or longer if hair is dry and brittle.  Rinse conditioner thoroughly avoiding eyes.
