Loyalty PointsWe at Green East would like to thank all our customers for their continued support and as a thank you we have added our customer loyalty points scheme. Although we are always doing what we can to keep our prices low, we feel your custom should be appreciated. How do I earn loyalty points? Loyalty points are automatically assigned to your account. For every £1 you spend with Green East you earn 1 loyalty point, each point is worth 2p. Points can then be redeemed against future orders. If a product is returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund is given, then the relevant points will be deducted, unless an exchange product is given at an equivalent value. Where do I view my points? Click on "My Account" then "Order Information" to view your points. Loyalty points for orders currently being processed will not appear in the totals until the order has been dispatched. How do I redeem my points? To redeem your points simply click on the tick box next to where it displays "Use Points" in the checkout and the points will be automatically allocated to the order. Do they have a use by date? Yes. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months and are not redeemable for cash. Thank you for shopping with Green East
